Majestic Wine has an exciting opportunity for someone to become a Regional Manager for North and Central London, one of our highest turnover regions in the UK.  This is a fantastic chance to be involved at the very heart of Majestic Retail & during a very exciting time of change.

Majestic Wines are the largest wine specialist in the UK with over 200 stores, as well as a very significant online presence, and megastores in Calais, France.

What we are looking for:

-A full understanding of the bigger business picture, communicating change to all team members and actively driving successful results.

-At least 2 years experience as an Area Manager within the retail industry; confident in bringing the best out of people, driving teams performance, increasing customer service standards as well as maximising sales and profitability.

-Adaptable, flexible, approachable and ready for your time to be spent with teams on the shop floor working flexible shift patterns, coaching individuals and challenging them to think as though the store is their business.

Your aim is to support all your store managers on their journey to becoming Majestic Partners. Some great progress has already been made, so it will be your job to ensure that the momentum continues.
