We are looking to grow our own and exclusive wine range and are seeking to recruit a dynamic brand manager with broad product development experience to drive  the growth of Majestic's own wine portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

New own brand development. Working alongside the buying team to:

  • Develop the brand concept and name
  • Create the design brief for new own/tertiary label projects
  • Project manage label creation (either internal designer or external agencies), including supplier liaison

Developing the product marketing journey for own brand & exclusive products:

  • Every brand has a marketing plan
  • Work closely with the trading team to ensure the right space is allocated

Ongoing management of the marketing schedule for own brand & exclusive products:

  • Budget management for award submission
  • Sampling and other promotional activity
  • Managing marketing support aligned with stock availability

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Brand development experience
  • Knowledge of the wine market
  • Creative thinking: ability to develop product and work alongside marketing to showcase product in commercial way
  • Excellent communication skills cross-department
  • Ability to use initiative to drive plan through
