We have an exciting position for someone to be a key part of the Majestic team as a Partnerships Manager. Here you will be building close relationships with other key businesses to leverage their customer base and show them how awesome it is to be a Majestic Wine customer.

As such, this position will play a fundamental role in driving the growth of Majestic Wine through its sustained, high quality, new customer acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver your share of new customers to the required budget and ROI
  • Identify and prioritise which partners to prospect and close deals with based on historical knowledge and demographic fit
  • Optimise current partnerships to ensure they’re delivering the most value/return - run them like they are your own mini business
  • Communicate with the rest of the team and broader business to ensure they’re briefed to execute each of your partnerships flawlessly
  • Analyse the results and understand which partners to lock in for the long term, and which to walk away from

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Have at least 5 years Partnerships experience
  • Communication - as an external ambassador for Majestic, you’ll be a natural wordsmith and articulate clearly and concisely, both on email and over the phone
  • Relationship building - we do business with people we like and trust. Our partnerships team build strong, sustainable relationships with partners which make repeat bookings easy
  • Commercial awareness - you’ll have an eye for numbers and a secret penchant for negotiation
  • Hard-working and tenacious - this isn’t a job for the faint-hearted. Partnerships is fast paced, target driven and hugely exciting. Effort and commitment equals outstanding results and celebration
  • Creative flair - you’ll have the ability to put yourself in our partner's shoes and create a pitch that’s tailored, relevant and exciting
