The Role

Majestic Commercial is looking for an ambitious and determined sales professional, to manage, retain and grow the existing 50 on-trade business accounts, to achieve annual sales and margin targets. You'll achieve new business targets to fuel the growth of Majestic Commercial.

You'll work closely with the 3 person team in our Midlands region, reporting into the Midlands Head of Sales.

So strong account management coupled with the ability to win new business to drive growth is the key to success in this role.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive annual sales and margin targets
  • Drive new business targets, to fuel the growth of Commercial
  • Proactively manage key accounts’ beverage requirements
  • Build product listings, conduct list reviews, decide on pricing and maintain margin
  • Oversee successful end to end service and beverage supply
  • Work with operations to ensure deliveries are fulfilled correctly
  • Meet accounts’ contractual obligations such as quarterly reviews, spend analysis
  • Meet sales targets set for existing account base
  • Conduct new business activity to generate leads and new accounts in your sectors
